For customers in the UK, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect to receive it within this timeframe. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, but our team is committed to ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. At Wilbury Equestrian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns only within 28 days of the delivery date. All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags still attached. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization number. After obtaining the RA number, you can send the item back to us. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error.
